Refund Policy

This policy applies to self-guided Career Clarity purchased directly at careerclarity.ai. Coaching packages purchased from Clear Directions are covered by your coaching agreement.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Career Clarity is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as your Career Clarity Report has not yet been generated.

The report is the product. Generating it runs the full AI process on your assessments, Career Compass, and answers, and it is delivered to you on the site and by email the moment it is ready. Once your report has been generated, the engagement is complete and it is not refundable.

In short:

• Within 14 days of purchase, report not yet generated: full refund.
• More than 14 days after purchase, report not yet generated: contact us and we will work with you.
• Report generated: no refund.

How to request a refund

Email meaghan@cleardirections4u.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm within 3 business days, and the refund is returned to your original payment method; banks and card issuers usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Requesting a refund closes your engagement. You can delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.

Access codes

Access codes issued by Clear Directions as part of a coaching engagement, a promotion, or a beta are not purchases and carry no cash value, so this refund policy does not apply to them.

Problems with the Service

If something went wrong, such as a report that failed to generate or an email that never arrived, contact us before requesting a refund. We can regenerate a report or re-send it, and we would rather fix the problem than lose you.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we will provide the bank with the record of your purchase and report delivery. Please email us first; it is faster for you and for us.
